As part of the Extend Squad, you ll lead the delivery of new features and zero-to-one initiatives, working across the following areas:
- Product Discovery
- You are the voice of our customer: Conduct user interviews, review survey responses, customer comms & online reviews, and conduct usability testing to uncover new problems to work on and generate fresh ideas.
- Data and Analytics: Leverage our internal Data team, product analytics stack, and A/B platform to continuously uncover new insights and key user behaviors.
- Research & Problem Solving: Investigate problems deeply by analyzing customer feedback, exploring the competitive landscape, and understanding stakeholder requirements
- Product execution:
- You will understand our business strategy, industry (Real estate fintech/digital investments), technical constraints, data, and platform requirements in order to produce impactful and valuable solutions.
- Feature specification: Synthesise insights from discovery and research into clear and actionable product documentation, including one-pagers, user flows, and Jira tickets. Ensure specs are concise, well-structured, and ready for design and development.
- Product delivery: You will lead a squad to iteratively and rapidly deliver product functionality that accomplishes pre-defined goals, including managing agile sprint cycles and post-release impact analysis
- Product vision & strategy
- Partner with the Head of Product and CPTO to shape and influence product vision, and define strategic OKRs and roadmaps for your product domain. Ensure alignment with company objectives and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Act as a thought leader within the squad and across the organization, providing product direction, identifying opportunities, and influencing decisions beyond your immediate scope.
- Mentorship & Leadership
- Provide guidance and support to more junior (Associate PMs and PMs), helping them grow their craft through feedback, coaching, and knowledge-sharing. Act as a role model for product excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
