About the role

As the Senior Product Manager , you will own the end-to-end roadmap at Giant Screening — a background check platform — leading multiple product modules and shaping the future of a world-class SaaS platform. Working closely with the Head of Product, Development, Implementation, Operations, Marketing, and Sales, you will drive strategic product planning, cross-functional leadership, and direct impact on business outcomes. The desired outcome is a scalable, market-leading platform that delivers measurable growth and compliance excellence, contributing directly to Giant’s mission of efficient and compliant global workforce management.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap for a group of related modules or a major product area, defining and championing a product vision that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Oversee and mentor Junior PMs and Associate PMs on product concepts, and work with the embedded Product Business Operations Lead to deepen product understanding and remove friction from workflows and user experience.
  • Drive compliance strategy across products, ensuring adherence to background screening regulations globally, and deliver scalable, intuitive, AI-enhanced features wherever possible within the assigned scope.
  • Lead complex integration initiatives with strategic partners and third-party services, and conduct strategic market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
  • Establish product success metrics, drive data-informed decision making, and collaborate with senior leadership on business cases, pricing matrix standardisation, and go-to-market strategy for product-led growth.
  • Represent the product organisation in executive forums as part of the wider product leadership team, and lead team building for the product management function or the assigned product pod.

Your ideal experience & competencies

Ideally you would have 4–6 years of product management experience with at least 2 years managing other PMs or leading major product areas, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Economics, or a related field. A strong technical background with experience managing complex integrations and APIs, and a proven track record of successfully launching products on time and within budget, is essential.

  • You can only excel in this role if you bring strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to leverage metrics for decision making, a deep understanding of the product lifecycle and agile iterations, and the ability to manage complex dependencies across features and modules.
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in background screening, data privacy, and workforce management, including frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and FCRA.
  • Wireframing and prototyping experience using tools such as Lovable, Miro, AI Studio, or Figma, and working knowledge of analytics tools like Full Story, Amplitude, PostHog, and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as JTBD, MoSCoW, Story Mapping, or the ICE Model, and experience in B2B SaaS for workforce management, HR technology, or background screening is a strong advantage.
