Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Platform

Position Objectives:

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of a cloud-native, AI-enabled enterprise platform built on Odoo.
• Ensure alignment across planning, logistics, procurement, monitoring, and finance modules.
• Define and execute a scalable product roadmap supporting enterprise transformation goals.
• Drive adoption, integration, and business impact through innovative, AI-powered solutions.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the enterprise platform.
• Align and integrate all business streams and modules to deliver a unified enterprise ecosystem.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable product features and technical specifications.
• Lead system integration efforts with SAP, Odoo, Afaqi, Camunda BPM, and mobile applications.
• Champion AI/ML adoption for predictive analytics, automation, and operational insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality, cloud-native solutions.
• Ensure compliance with the Target Operating Model (TOM) and business transformation initiatives.
• Define and monitor KPIs for platform performance, adoption, and business impact.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity of priorities and seamless execution.
• Mentor junior product managers or analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or equivalent is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Product Management (Pragmatic, AIPMM, or similar) or Agile/Scrum are an advantage.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years leading enterprise platforms or ERP ecosystems.
• Background in logistics, energy, or large-scale enterprise transformations is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in cloud-native product delivery and managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP platforms with deep understanding of multi-module integration.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration (SAP, Afaqi, Camunda BPM, Oracle Cloud).
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in business operations, including predictive analytics and automation.
• Solid understanding of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) and cloud architectures.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with ability to drive product discovery and iterative delivery.
• Good command over English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
