Senior Product Manager– Salesforce Platforms

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale Salesforce-based digital products within a fast-growing food delivery technology platform . This role will focus on driving product strategy and execution for Salesforce solutions supporting operations, merchant management, customer experience, and internal business teams .

The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce ecosystem exposure , a startup mindset , and a business-driven product approach , with prior experience in food delivery or similar on-demand platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce-based platforms and tools
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle , from discovery and prioritization to launch and optimization
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, and operations teams
• Prioritize backlog and support Agile / Scrum ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews)
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business goals, scalability, and performance needs
• Analyze KPIs, user feedback, and operational data to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, commercial, marketing, and support teams
• Conduct market and competitor analysis within the food delivery and on-demand ecosystem
• Act as the key product owner for Salesforce initiatives and enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in tech-driven environments
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce solutions)
• Prior exposure to food delivery, marketplace, e-commerce, or on-demand platforms
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Agile product development
• Ability to work closely with technical Salesforce teams without being hands-on coding
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
