Senior Product Owner - Fintech - Egypt

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Owner with a proven track record of success in the software industry, specifically in the Fintech domain. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep

understanding of the product development lifecycle and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and stakeholder input.
• Develop and maintain a detailed product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product success.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Define product metrics and KPIs, and track product performance to measure success.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior product owners.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management within the software industry.
• Fintech experience is a Must.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and product development lifecycle.
• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
