Job Description – Print Industry Ecosystem Solution & Product Specialist
Location: Noida, India
Adobe’s Print Business Development team is seeking a highly experienced Solution & Product Specialist with deep expertise in enterprise and production print workflows. This is a technology consultative role focused on Adobe’s SDKs, microservices, and workflow automation solutions for B2B customers across industries. The role combines solution consulting, product evangelism, and executive engagement to drive Adobe’s print ecosystem strategy globally.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with partners (ISVs, solution integrators, enterprises) to analyze end-to-end workflows and identify how Adobe’s technologies can drive efficiency, automation, and value.

Build Point of View (POV) presentations, ROI models, and business value propositions, tailored to customer and industry needs.

Act as the key technical advocate in the sales lifecycle—articulating Adobe’s value, handling objections, and differentiating against competition.

Collaborate across Adobe’s engineering, product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer priorities.

Drive customer conversations across multiple industries (Commercial Print, Healthcare, BFSI, HR, Government, Education), mapping Adobe’s technology to solve security and workflow challenges.

Ensure customer solutions are designed with attention to security (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, SOC2), and accessibility (WCAG standards).

Maintain and grow trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, across global customer accounts.

Represent Adobe as a technology evangelist at customer briefings, industry events, and partner forums.

What You Need to Succeed
-
14+ years of experience in solution consulting, presales, or technology evangelism for enterprise SaaS platforms or workflow automation solutions.

Proven expertise in enterprise cloud print service deployments, digital & print workflows, intelligent document processing, or prepress workflows.

Hands-on experience with SDKs, APIs, cloud/on-premise deployments, and workflow automation platforms.

Strong skills in solution storytelling, objection handling, and ROI/value-based selling.

Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives and influence decision-making in complex enterprise sales cycles.

Track record of working across global markets, with awareness of business ethics and cultural nuances in different geographies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology into business value.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and matrixed environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s in Business/Management preferred.
