Senior Product Specialist

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the product lifecycle from ideation to execution and scaling. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build and deliver products that cater to B2B customers, including staff, business owners, and employees



What will be your responsibilities?

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle with autonomy, from 0 to 1 (building new products) and 1 to 100 (scaling and optimizing existing products).
  • Mentor and guide junior PMs or cross-functional team members when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to deliver best-in-class, user-centric product experiences.
  • Deeply understand and solve the needs of B2B users, including business owners, staff, and employees.
  • Drive initiatives across both software and hardware products (hardware product experience is a strong plus).
  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user discovery sessions to inform roadmap and product positioning.
  • Prioritize product initiatives and feature development within an agile framework to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Build strong alignment and foster collaboration with stakeholders, including engineering, design, sales, customer success, and leadership teams.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership, contributing to the overall product vision and long-term roadmap.

What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of owning and delivering successful B2B products.
  • Demonstrated experience in taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 100.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is essential.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong background in building B2B products for business owners, employees, and operational staff.
  • Experience working on or with hardware products is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience with AI-based products is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in agile methodologies and iterative product development.
  • Educational background in technology, engineering, or business-related fields.
  • Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or scaling startup environment.
