Job Summary:
Maxplus Exhibition & Events is looking for a highly experienced Senior Production Manager with strong exhibition industry expertise to lead and manage the complete production and project execution process. The candidate will oversee multiple projects, manage teams and coordinators, ensure on-time delivery, and optimize internal workshop and production systems for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production of exhibition stands and event projects
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
• Lead and coordinate carpentry, painting, acrylic, graphics, and installation teams
• Distribute projects and tasks to coordinators and supervisors
• Plan production schedules and workflow across departments
• Ensure effective use of in-house facilities and resources
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and smooth current operations
• Monitor quality standards and technical accuracy
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and management
• Troubleshoot production and site challenges

Requirements:

• 7+ years UAE experience in exhibition production management
• Strong knowledge of exhibition stands, fabrication, and installation processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Strong technical and workshop production knowledge
• Leadership and operational planning skills
• Ability to streamline workflow and improve systems
• UAE exhibition industry experience mandatory
