We are looking for a Senior Program Development Manager who can take ownership of our program strategy and organizational initiatives. You are not simply coordinating projects; you are shaping programs that create measurable impact and long-term value for the communities we serve. You will lead program planning efforts, oversee implementation strategies, and work closely with leadership teams to ensure operational excellence across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Strategy and Development:
Design, develop, and oversee community and organizational programs aligned with the foundation’s mission and long-term objectives.
Project Oversight:
Lead program execution from initial planning and budgeting to implementation, reporting, and performance evaluation.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor program coordinators and support staff. Conduct regular reviews and provide guidance to improve team performance and delivery standards.
Partnership Development:
Collaborate with external stakeholders, government entities, and strategic partners to expand program reach and strengthen community engagement.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to assess program effectiveness, identify improvements, and ensure measurable outcomes.
Resource and Budget Management:
Oversee program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and timelines.
Stakeholder Communication:
Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic updates for executive leadership, partners, and funding stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years in Program Management, Community Development, Nonprofit Leadership, or Strategic Operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Leadership Skills:
Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple large-scale programs simultaneously.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to translate organizational goals into practical, scalable, and measurable initiatives.
Technical Skills:
Comfortable using project management platforms, reporting systems, budgeting tools, and digital collaboration software.
Language Skills:
Arabic and English professional proficiency is preferred for stakeholder communication and partnership development.
Mindset:
You are proactive, organized, and impact-driven. You understand how to balance strategic planning with practical execution in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ﷼17,000.00 - ﷼23,000.00 per month
