Role: Program Manager / Delivery Manager/EIR – Academy

Location: Hyderabad

Function: Founder’s Office / Delivery

Reports to: Leadership – Academy



Role Overview


This role will own the complete delivery, learning outcomes, and student success for live cohorts — working across instructors, students, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Outcome Ownership

  • Own end-to-end student outcomes across cohorts — including completion rates, retention, NPS, placement success, and engagement.
  • Deeply analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks in learning experience, pedagogy, or content delivery.


2. Instructor Management

  • Work closely with instructors to ensure pedagogical excellence and alignment to company standards.
  • Set, monitor, and review instructor KPIs — attendance, feedback, completion rates, and student performance.
  • Design and execute instructor training and feedback loops to continuously improve teaching quality.


3. Curriculum and Content Alignment

  • Align course design and teaching methods with industry and placement team feedback on in-demand skills.
  • Evaluate course flow, depth, and project quality; recommend updates where outcomes lag.
  • Ensure students acquire the exact skills companies look for.


4. Student Success and Insights

  • Track each cohort’s metrics — engagement, retention, success rates.
  • Identify why certain batches perform better and replicate those drivers across others.
  • Own cohort selection and engagement in partnership with community and operations.


5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with placement, marketing, and product/data teams to improve learning experience.
  • Manage a small team (community manager + analyst/support staff) focused on quantifying and improving learning outcomes.
  • Build playbooks and standard operating processes for scaling Academy Live.

Technical Acumen

Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar. Understands tech concepts enough to translate company requirements to course content and instructor pedagogy

Analytical and resourceful — able to break down vague issues into clear, data-driven fixes.

Operational Excellence

Strong executor; plans, tracks, and drives outcomes across moving parts. Has delivered results in fast-paced, zero-slack environments.

EdTech / Education Insight

Exposure to academic delivery, curriculum design, or student engagement. Understands learner behavior.

Data-Driven Decisioning

Uses metrics to guide decisions; familiar with cohort analytics, retention, NPS, and completion data.

Strong People Management

Can coach instructors, manage community managers, and drive accountability through influence.
