Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.


Responsibilities:

  • Spearheading critical workstreams and feature development as part of an enterprise-wide migration from AFS to LoanIQ. Responsibilities include end-to-end program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across lines of business to ensure seamless transition and adoption.
  • Driving Agile transformation within the supply chain and finance domain by leading product operating teams through key Agile ceremonies such as intentions mapping, release planning, and roadmap development. Collaborating closely with product, operations, and technology teams to support the transition from legacy systems to a new, internally developed platform scheduled for deployment in Q1 2026.


Qualifications
:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Over 5 years of experience in change management, strategic execution, and product delivery within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale system conversions in the financial services industry.
  • Deep expertise in commercial lending products and servicing operations, with a focus on auto, inventory finance, and trade finance.
  • Strong background in systems supporting factoring, dealer finance, and global receivables platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-level change initiatives and managing multiple high-risk, high-priority programs with complex interdependencies.
  • Extensive experience working with major financial institutions such as Wells Fargo or similar organizations.
  • Familiarity with syndicated lending and mid-market commercial lending practices.
  • Broad knowledge of regulatory reporting, data and analytics, product management, and lending technology.
  • Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Skilled in driving product strategy, defining Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), and managing product roadmaps.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, stakeholder engagement, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Hands-on experience with commercial loan accounting platforms including AFS, Loan IQ, McCracken, and Asset-Based Lending systems.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex problem-solving in matrixed environments.
  • Exposure to homegrown systems and global receivables platforms.
  • Proven track record in large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Exposure to machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in financial services (preferred)
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira, including dashboard and report development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
