Job Description:

As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and client expectations. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process, from initial concept through to project completion.
• Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
• Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
• AIA (American Institute of Architects) membership is preferred.
