Requirements

Education:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
  

Experience:

• Over 15 years
  

Skills:

• Proven consultancy and advisory experience
  
• Strong understanding of Qatar’s public-sector project landscape
  
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
