Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead and manage all technical and execution aspects of interior fit-out projects. The candidate must have strong site management experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills to ensure smooth project delivery within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all interior fit-out project activities from mobilization to handover.
• Review and verify all design drawings, specifications, and project documents for accuracy and execution feasibility.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports for management and clients.
• Ensure proper coordination between civil, MEP, and joinery works.
• Handle site inspections, quality checks, and authority-related documentation.
• Lead and guide junior engineers, supervisors, and site teams to maintain project standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (mandatory).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, with contimnuos experience in the same company will be preferred
• Proven ability to manage commercial, retail, or corporate fit-out projects independently.
• Strong technical understanding of fit-out, joinery, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred:

• UAE experience in fit-out and joinery works.
• Membership in the Society of Engineers (UAE) or registration with local authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
• Valid UAE driving license.
