Senior Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for wooden door manufacturing and installation.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to doors, frames, and joinery works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments (production, procurement, QA/QC).
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
• Monitor manufacturing progress, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with fire-rated door standards, acoustic requirements, and relevant codes.
• Manage material selection, approvals, and submittals (shop drawings, samples, technical data).
• Oversee site installation activities and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Control project costs and track variations/claims.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Ensure health & safety standards are followed on-site and in production.
• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in wooden doors, joinery, or interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of wooden door manufacturing processes, veneers, laminates, and hardware.
• Experience with fire-rated doors and international standards (e.g., BS, UL, EN).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
