Reports To: Project Manager / Director – Execution

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Project Engineer will lead and manage on-site execution for residential and commercial interior projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, ownership, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Execution & Management

• Lead and supervise interior project execution end-to-end.
• Manage 1–3 project sites simultaneously.
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Sequence work and coordinate with multiple vendors (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).

Quality Control

• Perform regular quality checks and ensure work meets standards.
• Identify issues early and implement corrective actions.
• Approve completed stages and verify contractor work.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the primary site contact

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
