About the Role
We are looking for “Senior Project Finance Specialist” to be assigned to Üsküdar office affiliated to Kalyon Construction, one of our Holding Group Companies.
Responsibilities
Transaction Execution:

Being responsible for the end-to-end execution of origination of project finance, corporate finance, and ECA deals, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

To lead the financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment of potential banks and/or investors.

To review and negotiate term sheet, finance, loan, security, and hedging documentation.

To collaborate closely with the project team, taking a role in preparing all necessary project documentation, completing condition precedent and condition subsequent, as well as being a part of the due diligence and Q&A process.

To collaborate with legal and other advisors to ensure seamless project execution.
Corporate Finance and Financial Modelling:

To ensure that the processes related to budget, long-term business plans and modeling are managed in a timely and correct manner, and to be involved in and support the decision-making processes.

Maintaining and developing financial modeling and/or cash flow and/or financial planning and analyzing and/or budgeting.

Preparing and analyzing the complex financial models, including detailed analysis of input assumptions, outputs and conducting sensitivity analysis.

Preparing investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and potential lenders.

Strong understanding of the financial performance of the projects and ensuring the efficient use of financial resources.
Qualifications
-
Graduated from Economics, Business Administration or Engineering Departments.

At least 5 years in corporate finance, project finance, ECA finance, procurement finance, investment banking, M&A fields in banks, developers, investors, private equity, equipment suppliers, consultancy companies.

Having experience on ECA transactions and LMA Standard transactions are a plus.

Having experience on energy, infrastructure, or public-private-partnership (PPP) type of transactions are a plus.

Masters’ Degree is a plus.
