Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Coordination

Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Support the mobilization of resources, documentation, and materials as required.

Maintain and regularly update project documentation and records.
Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to obtain necessary information and approvals.

Organize project meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes.
-
Facilitate effective communication between project teams and other departments.
Monitoring & Reporting

Track project progress against schedules and budgets, and highlight any variances to the Project Manager.

Assist in the preparation of regular status reports and presentations for senior management.

Ensure all reporting data is accurate, complete, and aligned with project requirements.
Quality & Compliance Support

Support with reviewing contractor submissions for completeness and compliance with project specifications.
-
Support sites work monitoring to ensure adherence to quality standards, technical specifications, and safety regulations.

Follow up on permit applications and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Risk Management

Identify and report potential project risks or delays to the Project Manager.

Support the development and follow-up of mitigation and corrective action plans.
Asset Handover

Assist in final inspections, punch list activities, and preparation of project close-out documentation.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth handover of assets to operations teams.
Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
-
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in project coordination, planning, or support roles within real estate development or construction.
