Key Responsibilities

• Manage government tendering and procurement processes through Etimad Platform , from announcement to bid submission.
• Lead bid evaluation stages and coordinate the Evaluation Committee (technical/financial scoring, minutes, recommendations).
• Prepare and manage Tender Documents (RFPs) including technical, commercial requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Utilize market-standard PM tools (MS Project/Primavera/Jira, ERP, Power BI) for dashboards and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with digital and spend-efficiency governance frameworks, with periodic performance reporting.
