We are a reputed real estate developer in Dubai, known for delivering landmark high-rise and luxury residential projects. To strengthen our project management team, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our upcoming super high-rise developments .

Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of high-rise projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of super high-rise tower projects (45+ floors) .
• Oversee site operations, project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and international standards.
• Manage project risks, resolve technical challenges, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in the UAE with reputed contractors.
• Proven track record in handling super high-rise towers (45+ floors) .
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
