Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, strategic, and cross-functional projects across multiple departments. This role requires strong leadership, advanced stakeholder management, and the ability to align project execution with organizational strategy.
Responsibilities

Oversee large-scale or multiple concurrent projects with cross-departmental impact.

Define project governance structures and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and reporting.

Contract Administration - maintain contract documentation.
-
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders in the department.

Manage executive-level communications, including presentations to senior leadership.
-
Establish KPIs and success metrics for high-impact initiatives.

Lead risk management strategies across business units.
-
Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain project tracking systems.

Monitor performance and ensure quality assurance on deliverables.

Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Prepare status reports and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Takes ownership of complex problems with clear solutions.

Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field.

Knowledge and expertise in the use of technical project management tools and methodologies such as MS project and Jira.

Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Prince 2)

Project Management Professional (PMP)

PgPM (Program Management Professional)

Understanding of quality assurance standards.
