Location: Lahore, Pakistan | Type: Full-time

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager with strong Fintech/Banking experience to lead mission-critical initiatives across digital banking, payments, and core financial platforms. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure outcomes align with business, regulatory, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle (initiation → delivery → transition) across multiple concurrent programs.
• Define scope, milestones, budgets, RAID, and success KPIs; run PMO governance and reporting.
• Guide cross-functional squads (BA/Engineering/QA/Infra/Security/Operations) using Agile/Hybrid.
• Manage vendors, SOWs, and SLAs; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Enforce banking/regulatory and security compliance (SBP, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR where applicable).
• Oversee environments, change/release planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Communicate clearly with executives and stakeholders; drive decisions and unblock teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years in project/program management (minimum 5 years in fintech/banking).
• Delivery experience in any of: core banking, cards & switching, digital channels, wallets, remittance, payments, KYC/AML, risk & compliance, data platforms.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall; metrics-driven execution (burn-up/down, velocity, CPI/SPI).
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/SE/IT/Business (or equivalent).
• Preferred: PMP/PRINCE2, PMI-ACP/CSM, ITIL; familiarity with CI/CD/cloud (AWS/Azure), containerized deployments, and integration patterns (APIs, ESB).
