Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of on-time project delivery, strong leadership skills, and good knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS) to ensure projects are executed efficiently within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, schedule, and execute residential and commercial construction projects.
• Ensure on-time completion of all project deliverables as per agreed timelines.
• Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.

Team Management & Coordination

• Lead and supervise site engineers, QS teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory regulations.
• Resolve issues, discrepancies, and delays promptly.

Budget, Cost Control & QS

• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Work closely with QS teams to verify measurements, quantities, BOQs, and vendor bills.
• Approve and track vendor invoices, variations, and claims.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, schedules, approvals, and QS records.
• Submit periodic progress reports to management and clients.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in managing residential and commercial construction projects.
• Proven track record of on-time project completion.
• Working knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS), BOQs, cost control, and billing.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,015,095.19 - ₹1,558,892.80 per year
