Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager at PSdigital, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our digital projects. While the role is primarily project-focused, it also includes a light operational component to ensure smooth workflows across teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within scope.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple digital projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource needs, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project progress, address potential challenges, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Provide input on improving operational processes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Maintain active communication with key account managers to ensure a clear understanding of the applied frameworks, content, and strategies in the context of each project.
  • Monitor closely and simultaneously the progress of multiple projects with analytical and critical insights for evaluation and adjustment whenever needed.
  • Generate a true impact on the overall performance of the team to encourage development and achieve results with quality standards.
  • Set priorities and assign tasks.
  • Review and evaluate the outcomes and quality of completed projects
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital agency or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in the English language is a must.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement.
  • Professional flexibility is necessary to meet dynamic business needs
  • Sound negotiation and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with external experts.
