We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to oversee and manage multiple construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and monitor project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
2. Support project managers in planning, documentation, and reporting.
3. Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
5. Manage documentation including BOQs, drawings, and project correspondence.
6. Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
7. Assist in budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
8. Identify risks or delays and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in project coordination (preferably in construction).
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5.Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
6. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
