Senior Project Manager

I’m partnering with a leading UAE developer on a confidential hire for a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of a flagship residential / mixed-use program in the UAE.

What you’ll lead

• Full project lifecycle: design coordination (IFT/IFC), procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, snagging and handover

• Program, cost and risk oversight with PMC/consultant and main contractor teams

• Stakeholder management across design, supervision, authorities and utilities

Ideal profile

• 12–18+ years in buildings (residential/mixed-use preferred) with UAE delivery experience

• Strong planning (P6), commercial acumen, QA/QC and T&C/handover exposure

• Background from a top developer, PMC, or Tier-1 contractor moving client-side

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Master’s a plus)

• Professional certifications: PMP/PRINCE2 preferred; MRICS/MCIOB advantageous
