Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, budgeting, planning, and coordination skills, with the ability to drive teams toward successful, timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee site operations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, risk assessments, and implement corrective measures.
• Manage subcontractors, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Ensure timely submission of project reports, documentation, and approvals.
• Resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Monitor financial performance, cost control, and project profitability.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracting, and project planning.
• Experience managing large-scale residential/commercial/industrial projects (customize as needed).
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
