As a Sr. PM at MTP, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects from initiation to closure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, clients, and team members, to deliver projects that meet business objectives and exceed client expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders and clients.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, while tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Lead project kick-off sessions, set expectations, and communicate roles, responsibilities, and timelines to all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation and contingency plans as required.
- Monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets, taking corrective actions to ensure alignment with goals.
- Foster effective collaboration and communication across project teams, stakeholders, and clients, serving as the central point of contact.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance.
- Conduct regular status meetings, provide transparent updates on progress, risks, and issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Oversee project closure activities, including client acceptance, delivery of final outputs, post-project reviews, and documentation of lessons learned.
Below are some of the key qualifications and experience we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and track progress against project objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, analyse root causes, and develop practical solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or Trello, and familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Experience in technology sector is desirable.
