Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex fintech initiatives from conception to completion. In this role, you'll drive cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial technology solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple high-impact fintech initiatives simultaneously
• Design, implement, and maintain high-quality, responsive, and performant mobile applications
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
• Manage stakeholder relationships across technology, product, compliance, and business teams
• Track project progress, resolve impediments, and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Oversee budget planning and financial tracking for assigned projects
• Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices
• Guide and mentor all team members
• Systematically monitor key competitors to identify industry innovations and emerging trends, then strategically implement relevant best practices to maintain our competitive advantage and drive continuous improvement across our organization.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in fintech or financial services
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
• Experience managing projects involving payment processing, digital banking, or financial compliance
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent (Desirable).
• Experience with enterprise project management tools
