We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of project delivery from inception to completion. You aren’t just tracking timelines; you are defining strategy, coordinating resources, and ensuring every stakeholder is aligned. You will lead diverse, talented teams, bridging the gap between operational requirements, client expectations, and technical execution. You are the go-to leader for project success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Team Coordination: Manage internal and external teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and mentoring junior staff.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate clearly with clients, executives, and technical teams, presenting project updates, risks, and solutions.

Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and deliverables.

Risk & Resource Management: Anticipate challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, progress reports, and post-mortem analyses for continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 6+ years in project management, with at least 2 years leading cross-functional teams in business services or technology projects.

Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or equivalent is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively

Mindset: Pragmatic and results-driven. You know when to push for perfection and when to focus on delivering value efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR35,000.00 - QAR40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doha (Doha)
