What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multiple digital printing and branding projects from concept to delivery
• Coordinate with design, production, and client teams to ensure smooth execution
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure quality standards and deadlines are consistently met
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations
• Optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Supervise and mentor junior project coordinators and team members

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in project management (printing, advertising, or production industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Experience with digital printing processes or production workflows is a plus
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
