Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor site progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and safety standards
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and cost estimates
• Handle risk management and resolve any project issues
• Lead and supervise site engineers and project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Must have valid G+ Unlimited License (UAE)
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction/project management
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction rules and approvals
• Experience in handling high-rise or large-scale projects
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED28,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
