Senior Project Manager

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager – Terminal Delivery will lead the execution and delivery of terminal projects within the T6, Cargo, and Private Aviation cluster . This managerial role is responsible for overseeing project delivery from design coordination through construction, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role will act as a key interface between design, delivery, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of terminal and aviation facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of terminal projects across T6, Cargo, and Private Aviation facilities
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from design coordination to construction and handover
• Coordinate with Design teams to ensure constructability and alignment with delivery objectives
• Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project execution meets scope, time, and cost
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress against approved plans
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring proper governance and approvals
• Ensure compliance with aviation standards, safety requirements, and regulatory frameworks
• Lead site coordination and ensure adherence to design specifications during construction
• Drive resolution of technical and operational challenges during delivery
• Prepare regular project reports for senior management highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions
• Support cost control, forecasting, and value engineering initiatives
• Ensure smooth project handover and readiness for operations

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management within aviation, infrastructure, or large-scale developments
• Strong experience in terminal delivery, airport projects, or complex building construction
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams on-site
• Exposure to Cargo or Private Aviation facilities is a plus
• Familiarity with international standards and construction best practices
• Previous experience in a managerial / lead role
