Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex and high-impact projects from initiation through closure. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while aligning with organizational strategy, governance standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic and multi-functional projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.
Manage internal and external stakeholders and maintain clear, consistent communication.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring accountability and performance.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve issues and escalations.
Ensure adherence to approved project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
Manage change requests and ensure proper governance and approvals.
Ensure quality standards and business objectives are achieved.
Contribute to PMO process improvements and best practices.
Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
5–10+ years of experience in project management
