Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with UAE experience in luxury sector.

We need someone who understands:

• luxury interiors
• turnkey execution
• subcontractor coordination
• timelines
• client handling
• snagging
• vendor management
• site sequencing
• authority approvals
• quality control

Ideally this person has handled:

• luxury villas
• F&B
• premium fit-outs
• renovation projects

Creating a smooth functioning of site and uodating clients in a timely manner, meeting the clients and understanding their requirements is of paramount importance.

UAE driving license is mandatory
