Role Overview
As a Sr. Project Manager, you will lead projects from initiation to closure, collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. You’ll ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business goals, while driving strategy, leadership, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Lead project kick-offs, set expectations, and assign responsibilities.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor performance, ensuring projects meet goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure governance compliance.
• Provide regular status updates and conduct post-project reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–7 years of project management experience (3+ years in senior role).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and resources.
• Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Asana, Jira, or Trello.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred; tech sector experience a plus.
