About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in fitout projects to lead high-end fitout and finishing works. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with engineers and architects, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires a proactive approach to HSE compliance, quality assurance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate project teams to achieve objectives, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of interior and exterior finishes & fitout projects, ensuring adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Review and verify SD drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and mockups to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate closely with architectural and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and project ambiguities.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works align with approved drawings, authority regulations, contract specifications, and international quality standards.
• Oversee architectural finishing works and ensure consistent design quality throughout the project.
• Manage QA/QC processes, including ITPs, method statements, NCRs, site instructions, and scope of works (SOs).
• Approve subcontractor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective quality, risk, and safety systems.
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing practices at all stages of the project, in compliance with Saudi HSE regulations.
• Define technical, project, and resource requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
• Attend technical meetings, promptly resolve project challenges, and mitigate risks that may affect schedule or quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-end fitout projects
• Proven track record managing end-to-end fitout or architectural finishing projects
• Immediate availability to join in KSA
• Strong familiarity with Saudi HSE regulations
