Senior Project Manager (Mall)

The project:

A refurbishment and expansion of a shopping mall.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Ensures stakeholder alignment and communicates strategies across client, consultant, and contractor teams.

• Champions Mace’s “Safety First” culture, promoting wellbeing and sharing safety lessons.

• Engages and negotiates with senior stakeholders, leveraging internal knowledge hubs and best practices.

• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and Mace’s strategic pillars.

• Manage programmes, budgets, and risks to drive timely, high-quality outcomes.

• Drives timely project delivery across all phases, aligned with milestones and sequencing plans.

• Foster collaboration across stakeholders, promoting safety, wellbeing, and innovation.

You’ll need to have:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience with intermediate-level role knowledge.

• Professional membership (e.g. MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent).

• Proven experience delivering complex, retail / shopping mall developments.

• Strong project management capability with strategic insight.
