Role Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of school/HE applications across multiple campuses with a strong product and solutioning lens. You’ll translate academic and operational needs into scalable processes and configurations, standardize how we implement, and drive adoption across stakeholders—domestic and international.
Key Objectives (First 9–12 Months)

Launch
repeatable, standardized playbooks
for discovery → implementation → change → BAU.

Deliver
on-time, on-budget go-lives
for priority campuses with <

schedule/cost variance.

Achieve
≥90% adoption
of core processes (admissions, enrollment, timetable, grading, fees).

Integrate
Canvas ↔ SIS/ERP ↔ Salesforce ↔ Identity
with audited data flows and RBAC.

Establish measurable
post-go-live governance
(SLAs, KPIs, QBRs) and change control.
Responsibilities
Product & Solutioning
-
Lead discovery,
to-be process design
, and configuration across HE domains: admissions, enrollment/registration, timetable, attendance, assessments/gradebook, fee & payments, library, exam/certification, alumni.

Write lean
PRDs/BRDs
, user stories, acceptance criteria; manage backlog and release plans.
-
Architect end-to-end
application flows and integrations
(APIs, ETL, SSO) across
Digii Campus, Salesforce, Canvas
(and ancillary tools: proctoring, LTI apps, content, payments).

Define
data models, migrations, and cutover
strategies; ensure auditability and data quality.
Delivery & Governance
-
Run project plans, RAID logs, change control, and
cross-functional orchestration
(IT infra, academics, operations, vendor SIs).

Stand up
repeatable playbooks
: discovery templates, configuration checklists, UAT scripts, cutover runbooks, training kits, hypercare playbooks.

Establish
KPIs/SLAs
and dashboards (time-to-launch, defect leakage, adoption, NPS/CSAT).
-
Drive
change management
: communications, training, stakeholder alignment, and benefits tracking.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
-
Serve as single-threaded owner with
international partners
and domestic campus leadership.
-
Lead vendor/SI delivery (
SOWs, timelines, acceptance
), enforce scope, and resolve escalations.
-
Facilitate
steerco
/ governance forums; provide executive-ready status and decision packs.
Required Experience & Qualifications
-
8–12+ years
in project/program management delivering
education applications
with strong product ownership.
-
Demonstrated implementations in higher-ed or K-12 at
multi-site scale
in India (or comparable markets).
-
Hands-on expertise (configuration + integration) with
at least two
of:
Digii (Campus)
,
Salesforce (Education/Service/Experience Cloud)
,
Canvas LMS
.

Solid grasp of
HE processes
and regulatory context (data privacy, records, assessments).

Strong command of
integration patterns
(REST/LTI/SIS imports, SSO—SAML/OIDC, Entra ID/AD), data migration, and UAT/hypercare.

Tooling: Jira/Confluence (or equivalent), Miro/Figma for flows, SQL/ETL familiarity a plus.

Methodologies: Agile/Iterative delivery with
stage-gate governance
; Prosci/ADKAR familiarity helpful.

Excellent written/verbal communication; executive stakeholder management across cultures.
