Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale infrastructure, real estate, and energy projects in a remote location in Tabūk, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will act as a key client interface, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage governance, communication, and control systems for efficient project delivery.
• Monitor team performance and implement safety and performance improvement measures.
• Review organizational structures and recommend alignment strategies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Lead and facilitate technical and progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of design stage requirements for fast-track projects.
• Conduct site visits to oversee HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment), logistics, and progress.
• Generate and present formal project reports on progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage project contracts, invoices, and approvals, ensuring client protection.
• Ensure alignment with client expectations, project schedules, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• 10-15 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in the Middle East.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure, power, energy, and real estate sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects within tight deadlines.
• Experience managing contracts, risk mitigation, and project governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recognized Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Membership in a professional industry body (e.g., RICS, CIOB).
