Senior Project Manager SAP S / 4 HANA

Responsibilities :

• Using SAP, must have a broad and deep understanding of project management using agile methodology.
• Responsible for providing project management leadership for the program.
• Manage the project governance framework and ensure program governance tools and processes are operating as implemented. This includes managing risk and issue management processes, assisting in work plan validation and optimization, and providing expertise to work streams in issue resolution.
• SAP Senior Project Manager requires leadership presence, effective partnership with all levels of the program team, project management expertise, leadership, influence, results-driven approach, and monitoring of program management effectiveness.
• Drive adoption of program governance through the PMO team and maintain or optimize project plans.
• Handle issue/risk identification, escalation, and resolution.
• Identify critical decisions needed and facilitate discussions to reach agreements.

Qualifications :

• Project management experience in cross-functional systems implementations; experience with S4 HANA is a plus.
• Proven ability to work effectively across business lines and collaborate to meet objectives.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to manage detailed project plans while handling complex discussions with organizational leaders.
• Action-oriented, detailed, and organized.
• Project management skills in ERP implementations.
