Inviting applications for the role of Senior Project Manager, Scrum Master – Expenses (Grade T2)
The Scrum Master drives high performing Agile delivery for the Expense Management product team working on SAP Concur and other Expense Management solutions. The role coaches cross-functional teams, maintains delivery flow, removes impediments, and drives predictable, high-quality releases that support compliance, user experience, and operational efficiency in Expense processes.
Responsibilities:

• Coach the team in Agile principles, ceremonies, and iterative delivery for Expense Management products.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Maintain delivery flow by identifying and removing blockers, dependencies, and cross-system risks (e.g. Segment-MGSF integrations).
• Ensure consistent cadence and alignment with Product Owner on priorities such as compliance automation, policy changes, and UX improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement using delivery metrics (e.g. velocity, flow, throughput).
• Promote collaboration across the Product team, MGSF, P&O, wider DT, and Segments.
• Ensure backlog health for Expense Management configuration changes, integration needs, reporting enhancements, and rollout activities.
• Support capacity planning, sprint readiness, and transparent KPI reporting.
• Run show-and-tell sessions or sprint demos with stakeholders to build confidence in the Expense solution roadmap, celebrate wins, and gather actionable feedback.
• Coach teams and business partners in Agile mindsets, supporting accountability, constructive challenge, psychological safety, and resilience through change.
• Actively monitor team ways of working, morale, and workload, escalating risks and shaping improvements that sustain delivery flow and engagement.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Bachelors' degree (or foreign degree equivalent):Engineering, Sciences or Business Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders, both technical and business-facing.
• Displaying leadership, organization and executions skills.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms such as SAP Concur, P&O/Finance systems, or workflow-based enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Ability to improve team performance, communication, and delivery predictability.
• Experience with global rollouts, multi-market releases, and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle for Expense Management systems
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, transparency, continuous improvement mindset.
