Senior Project Manager (Web & Mobile)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing web and mobile application projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee project delivery from concept to launch, and ensure high-quality execution within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of web and mobile app development initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders and team members.
• Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and KPIs.
• Manage client relationships and expectations (if in an agency or B2B setup).
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in web and mobile application projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering complex tech projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong technical understanding of modern web and mobile technologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Experience with cross-functional, remote, or international teams is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in startups or digital agencies.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
