We are looking for a a Senior Projects Coordinator (Offshore) work in our PMS project in Khafji in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The role is responsible to support Project Director for the delivery on behalf of the client Khafji Joint Operations (KJO) of the program of projects, and commercial success of the Project Management Services (PMS) contract ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes coordination between various projects to ensure that the portfolio is healthy and delivered as per the overall portfolio plan.

The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the Project Delivery Leads and Senior Project Engineers who provide project management services for the onshore and offshore projects.

The position is based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills) Required

• At least 15 years of prior project management and project engineering experience in the FEED, EPC as well as front end part of the project development (FEL1 and FEL2).
• At least 8 years of recent experience in managing & coordinating administration of onshore / offshore project activities including technical, contracts, logistics and support.
• PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications:

• An Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline.
