Location: Egypt -Multinational Pharmaceutical Company

A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Promotional Material Specialist to join its growing team in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and manage promotional & advertising materials in compliance with local health authority regulations and company SOPs
• Ensure timely submission of promotional materials to health authorities (SFDA, DHA, NHRA, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing, medical, and regulatory teams to maintain compliance across all communication channels
• Provide guidance and training on promotional compliance to internal stakeholders
• Stay updated on evolving GCC & Egypt promotional regulations and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in promotional material review/approval
• Strong knowledge of GCC & Egypt regulatory frameworks & guidelines
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in English & Arabic
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines
