Senior Property Advisor

Mayak Real Estate is a fast-growing, international real estate agency with a strong presence in the UAE, Montenegro, Turkey, Bali, Thailand, and a dedicated department for global hotel investments. We specialize in premium residential and commercial properties, providing tailored investment strategies and full-cycle support for our clients.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Advisor to join our dynamic Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will work with high-net-worth individuals and investors, helping them find and secure the best opportunities in the UAE and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to clients on property investments, sales, and rentals.
• Manage a portfolio of premium listings and build long-term client relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
• Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai or internationally.
• It will be an advantage if you bring a ready-made team of 5 people.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment.
• Proven track record of successful high-value deals.
• Fluent in English; Russian or other languages are a plus.
• RERA certification is preferred.
