Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on property investment opportunities, guiding them through the buying and selling process, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes researching market trends, showing properties, negotiating deals, and maintaining detailed knowledge of local real estate markets.

Qualifications

• Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Valid UAE driving license
