This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate investments, listing properties, conducting market analysis, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated with market trends, preparing sales reports, and participating in team meetings to discuss strategies.

• Experience in real estate consulting and property sales
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and real estate trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in the local real estate market is a plus
