Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, guiding clients through the entire real estate process from property searches to closing deals. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales contracts, and maintaining a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in using real estate software and technology
