The Role

Are you an ambitious and results-driven real estate professional with 3-5 years of experience in Dubai's property market? We are searching for a Senior Property Consultant who can build lasting client relationships, close high-value deals, and mentor junior consultants - all while enjoying one of the most competitive commission structures in the market (up to 75%).

Key Responsibilities

• Source, list, and market properties across off-plan, secondary, and leasing (residential & commercial) sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and tailored solutions.
• Conduct professional property viewings and present investment opportunities with confidence.
• Negotiate offers and close deals while ensuring full compliance with RERA and company policies.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing best practices and helping them achieve their targets.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, new projects, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Handle all necessary paperwork and contracts, ensuring smooth and transparent transactions.
